GORTON, District Judge.
This action involves a series of disputes over loan obligations and associated mortgages encumbering 22 acres of commercial land in Saugus, Massachusetts (“the Property”).

Link Development, LLC (“Link”), formed and managed by Jeffrey Karll, a Massachusetts developer, purchased the Property for $1.3 million from Saugus Holding, LLC in 2005.
