This case was brought by Henry H. Mc-Gaffey, as administrator of the estate of Wheelock P. Bingham, deceased, against Julia C. Walk, Harriet A. Bingham, widow, and George M. Bingham and others, children of Wheelock P, Bingham, to determine the right of property of a jewelry store in the city of Indianapolis.
