This is an action of assumpsit, commenced in the Circuit *674'Court of Harrison'County, wherein Walter D. Willson and George S. Stevenson are plaintiffs, and E. Clark lee and J. W. Trembly, partners doing business under the firm name of Elk Grove Realty Company, are defendants.
