On the 21st day of Xovcmber, 1887, David Findlay, who for many years had been a resident of the city of Parkers-burg, Wood county, W. Va., executed a paper purporting to be his last will and testament, which paper was witnessed by F. E. Saunders and J. B. Jackson. On the 29th day of Xovember, 1887, said .David Findlay departed this life, at the age of eighty two years ; and on .the 3d day of December’, 1887, said paper was admitted to probate in said county' as the last will and testament of said David Findlay.
