The plaintiff in this action of trespass recovered a verdict of $600, in the court below, and being dissatisfied with the amount of the verdict, he brings this appeal, with a statement of the question involved as follows: Whether or not the learned trial judge was justified in charging the jury that there could be no recovery for traumatic tuberculosis, notwithstanding the fact that competent physicians had testified that in their judgment the plaintiff was suffering from tuberculosis of the lungs caused by trauma.
