The matter before the court is the resolution of a request for relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362. 1 The debtor-defendant, Clermont Loubier (Loubier) filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on July 11, 1980.
