Betty Jean Guy, presently incarcerated at the Wisconsin Home for Women, Taycheedah, Wisconsin, has petitioned this court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 et seq.

On March 19, 1971, petitioner was found guilty of the sale of a dangerous drug (namely, cocaine), in violation of § 161.41 (lm), Wis.Stats. A short time later, on April 2, 1971, the petitioner was found guilty of possession of heroin, in violation of § 161.02(1), Wis.Stats.
