This is an employment discrimination action brought by Plaintiff Peggy Sue Knox (“Knox”) against her former employer, City of Monroe (“the City”), and her former supervisor, Don Hopkins (“Hopkins”). Knox alleges that she was terminated because of her race (white), in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
