Before the Court is a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 35), filed by the Iberville Parish School Board (“IPSB”), Dr. P. Edward Cancienne, and Melvin Lodge, seeking dismissal of certain claims filed against them pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, 42 U.S.C. § 1985, the First Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment, Louisiana Revised Statutes 23:967.
