—This is an application by the board of railroad commissioners of the state of California for a writ of mandate to compel the defendant corporation to produce to the plaintiffs, and to permit plaintiffs to examine, the books, records, and papers of said corporation. The court- below refused the writ and ordered the action dismissed, and judgment was accordingly entered. This appeal is from the judgment.
