This appeal concerns title to 527.273 acres of land located near the Red River in Hardeman County, Texas. Appellant, Le-vada M. (Marie) Wells, Trustee of the Wells Family Trust (Wells), claims title to the disputed property by virtue of a chain of title from the sovereignty of the soil to the present. Appellee, Weldon R. Johnson, Jr., claims title to the same property by adverse possession.
