for the Court.

Ligia Delgado and Jaris Garcia appeal from a decree of the Family Court that temporarily placed their infant child, Jad-nerisse G., and her two-year-old brother, Adner G., in the custody of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). The basis for this placement was a finding by a Family Court trial justice that the couple had abused and neglected Jadnerisse and neglected Adner, and that, therefore, placement with DCYF was warranted.
