Noel v. King County

Charles Joseph Noel appeals from a judgment dismissing his suit against King county for false arrest, false imprisonment, and medical negligence. He contends that the trial court erred in granting the County's motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of medical negligence and in denying his own motions for summary judgment and a directed verdict on the issues of false arrest and false imprisonment.
