Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lentol, J.), *853rendered September 26, 1980, convicting him of murder in the second degree and attempted robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 25 years to life to run concurrent with a term of imprisonment of 5 to 15 years. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress certain pretrial statements.
