ORDER GRANTING PETITIONER LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DENYING PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS

Petitioner, a federal convict confined in the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, has petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus to compel the respondent to release him as having been paroled by the United States Board of Parole. Petitioner has also requested leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Leave to proceed in forma pauperis will be granted.
