MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

In this case, the Court is called upon to address the claims of a tenant of Section 8 federally subsidized rental property against the local housing authority and several of its employees for alleged violations of her due process rights, federal housing law, and state law arising out of the attempted termination of her Section 8 benefits.
