J.C.R. is the mother of four children: one daughter, T.C., who is not involved in the instant termination proceedings, and three sons, J.S.W., born on November 4, 1990, and twins, D.S.C. and S.W.C., born on May 27, 1992. The State of Louisiana, Department of Social Services, Office of Community Services (hereinafter “the State”), first became involved with this family in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, on June 9, 1993.
