Inter-Ocean Oil Company, a corporation, and W. J. Collier, defendants in the trial court, bring this appeal from a judgment of the district court of Tulsa county, Okla., in favor of May Marshall, plaintiff. The parties will be referred to herein as they appeared in the trial court.

The plaintiff’s petition alleged, in substance : That Harry Marshall was her husband, and their family consisted of the husband, the wife, and two sons.
