The bill of complaint in this case was filed by the appellant .seeking an injunction to restrain the appellee from breaching a written contract entered into between them; or, in other words, the appellant is seeking by his bill to secure specific performance of this contract by way of injunction restraining its breach. Thereafter the appellee filed a paper containing a demurrer to the whole bill, and- an answer to the specific paragraphs of the bill and also to the whole bill. To this paper the appellant demurred.
