The object of this proceeding is to restrain G. Clinton Uhl, Howard Bruce, and John K. Shaw, constituting the State Roads Commission of Maryland, herein referred to as the Commission, from establishing a state road between the “Sour Apple Tree”, a point on the road from Denton to Preston, and Andersonville, in Caroline County, Maryland.
