OPINION

HENDLEY, Judge.

Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of burglary. Judgment and Sentence was entered on September 14, 1970 which stated that defendant was sentenced to “ * * * serve a term of not less than one (1) year nor more than five (5) years.” It further ordered that the sentence imposed was “ * * * suspended conditioned upon the Defendant serving six (6) months in the Dona Ana County Jail.” On September 18, 1970 an Amended Judgment and Sentence was entered which contained the foregoing provision and added that “ * * * ttpon completion of the sentence imposed hereinabove, the…
