OPINION

MINZNER, Judge.

Defendant appeals her conviction for trafficking in cocaine in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-31-20 (Repl.Pamp.1980). She raises four issues on appeal: (1) whether defendant knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily waived her right to a jury trial; (2)whether defendant was afforded effective assistance of counsel; (3) whether that part of the court’s sentence requiring defendant to pay restitution to the New Mexico State Police Contingency Fund for the price of cocaine purchased from her is statutorily authorized; and (4) whether defendant’s conviction is supported…
