This is an appeal from a judgment for $10,000 obtained by tbe appellee (plaintiff) against the appellant (defendant) for damages for injuries sustained by the former by reason of the alleged negligence of the latter in running his automobile at the corner’ of Park Heights Avenue and Spring Hill Avenue, in the City of Baltimore. At the place of the accident', Park Heights Avenue runs northerly and southerly, and Spring Hill Avenue crosses it at right angles.
