This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of Cecil County, in favor of the appellee in the sum of twenty-seven hundred and fifty dollars, the suit having been removed to that ¡court from the Circuit Court of Kent County. The appellant is The Provident Trust Company of Philadelphia, executoij in Maryland of the will of Ella M. Oopperfield, and the appellee is E. Thomas Massey.
