Before the court is debtors’ motion to reopen this Chapter 13 case, to order the United States of America (“United States”) to cancel the federal tax lien filed against debtors’ property and enjoin the United States from attempting to enforce discharged or disallowed claims against debtors, and for contempt, sanctions, and attorney’s fees against the United States.
