THIS MATTER has had a long history before the Court and is now before this Court on remand from the District Court for the reconsideration of this Court’s certificate of December 19, 1983.
The proceeding now before the Court was originally commenced by the filing by Long Island Lighting Company (“LILCO”) of an involuntary petition against the Debt- or, Bokum Resources Corporation (“Bo-kum”).
