This matter is before the Court on defendants’ First National Bank of Jefferson Parish (FNJ) and Hibernia National Bank’s (Hibernia) petition for removal of a state court proceeding brought by plaintiff’s Consolidated Lewis Investment Corporation-Limited Partnership (CLIC-LP) and further a motion by both defendants for this Court to then transfer the removed proceeding to the Middle District of Louisiana.
