¶ 1. Regnier Consulting Group, Inc. (Regnier, Inc.) and Steven Regnier appeal from an order granting partial summary judgment to Herder Hallmark Consultants, Inc. (Herder, Inc.) declaring that there was an express contract between Herder, Inc. and Regnier. We granted Regnier, Inc. and Regnier's petition for leave to appeal to clarify additional proceedings in this matter.
