In an action, inter alia, for specific
performance of a contract for the sale of land, the plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Coppola, J.), dated August 19, 1985, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the complaint.
Order and judgment affirmed, with costs.
