CLIFFORD H. AHRENS, Judge.

Defendant Andrew Bernhardt appeals from the trial court’s judgment and sentence entered upon a jury conviction of aggravated stalking and armed criminal action. We affirm.

Background

Defendant was a patient of Dr. Paul Packman for a short time in late 2001 to early 2002. Dr. Packman and Defendant’s father, Roger Bernhardt, are cousins. Mr. Bernhardt is a lawyer and occasionally provided legal services to Dr. Packman.
