Plaintiff Terry Buckley (“Buckley”) is a seaman who seeks to recover damages pursuant the Jones Act, 46 U.S.CApp. § 688, et seq., and the General Maritime Law of the United States, for injuries sustained while working aboard an offshore drilling rig.
