Plaintiffs Ellington Credit Fund, Ltd., and ECF Special Securities, LLC — two hedge funds that invested in a series of mortgage-backed securities — bring this diversity action against Defendants Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (“M & T”), Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. (“SPS”), and various affiliated entities of SPS (“SPS Affiliates”).
