The plaintiff, Sarah H. Colby, the executrix for the estate of Stuart T. Colby (“the Plaintiff’), brings the action against the defendant Pye & Hogan LLC a/k/a Pye & Hogan Liquidation Corp. a/k/a Pye & Hogan Machine Corp. (“the Defendant”) alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. (“the ADA”) and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFEPA”), Conn.
