MEMORANDUM
BLAKE, District Judge.
This action alleging negligent misrepresentation of health insurance coverage originally was filed by Plaintiff in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore City on April 22, 1999. Defendant removed the case to federal district court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441, on May 19, 1999. Now pending is Plaintiffs motion to remand the case to state court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447.
