MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM D. QUARLES, JR., District Judge.
Feldman’s Medical Center Pharmacy, Inc. (“Feldman’s”) and Pharmacy Management Associates, LLC (“PMA”) sued Care-First, Inc. (“CareFirst”) and others1 in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, alleging intentional interference with economic relations and other claims. Independence and QCC removed the lawsuit to this Court. For the following reasons, the Plaintiffs’ motion to remand will be granted and the action, and all other pending motions, will be remanded to the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.2
