This adversary action was commenced in this court by the Farmers State Bank to recover from the trustee the proceeds of sale of certain real property to which both the plaintiff bank and Ora Butcher had conflicting claims. 1 A parallel case, seeking to establish the right of the Farmers State Bank to the same real property, was simultaneously pending in a state court.
