ORDER DENYING THE OBJECTION OF STEPHEN RANDEL BLUM TO THE SETTLEMENT PREVIOUSLY EFFECTED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEE IN BANKRUPTCY AND THE OTHER RESPONDENTS

In the hearing conducted by the court on November 9, 1984, in Joplin, Missouri, it was ascertained that the petitioners no longer had any objection respecting the amounts which had been paid by the former trustee and the current trustee to the United Missouri Bank of Carthage, but rather that the debtor’s entire objection was now addressed to the reasonableness of the settlement with the General Motors…
