Plaintiff-Appellant Crystal Lamay, on behalf of her son Kyle, appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Sharpe, J.) granting Defendant-Appellee Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) judgment on the pleadings and dismissing Lamay’s complaint.
