STEWART, Judge.

Stanley G. Bandeen filed this suit in the Franklin Circuit Court seeking to enjoin the State Board of Health of Kentucky (herein referred to as “the Board”) from enforcing its order revoking his license to practice osteopathy in Kentucky. The circuit court denied the injunction and Bandeen appeals, urging these grounds for reversal: (1) The Board had no jurisdiction of the case; (2)-there was no evidence to support the Board’s order; (3) its order was void because it made no findings of fact; (4) Bandeen was denied a fair and impartial trial; and (5) the proceeding became a…
