OPINION
DAVID A. SCHOLL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The so-called “Motion for Reclamation Pursuant to Section 554(b) of the Bankruptcy Code” before us in the instant case, filed by Extra Executive Transport Luftver-kehrsgesellschaft, mbH (hereinafter referred to as “the Movant”), presents to us as a compelling factual setting in search of a legal basis for the relief sought. Despite the presentation of several misplaced legal theories by the Movant in its submissions, we believe that a firm legal basis for most of the relief sought does exist.
