In this “reverse” discrimination case under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Anthony Mitten, a white male, claims that his former employer, Lockheed-Martin Aeronautics Company (“Lockheed”), 1 discriminated against him on account of his race in terminating his employment. The district court granted Lockheed summary judgment, and Mitten appealed.
