¶ 1. Joshua Slagoski appeals from a judgment of conviction and from a postconviction order denying his motion for sentence modification. He contends that the trial court sentenced him on the basis of materially inaccurate information, that the postconviction psychiatric evaluation by a forensic psychiatrist is a new factor warranting sentence modification, and that the use of pretrial competency and mental responsibility evaluations at sentencing violated Slagoski's Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights.
