Currently before the Court is the Plaintiffs Amended Adversary Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Student Loans (“Complaint”) filed at Document No. 17 seeking a discharge of her prepetition educational loans pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).1 There are no material factual issues in dispute, and the Parties agree that the Court should decide the matter without a trial based on the stipulated facts, the admitted pleadings, responses, answers to discovery, the admitted Exhibits, and the arguments contained in their Briefs.2 After…
