This is a will construction suit brought by Appellee, Austin National Bank, as executor of the estate of Mary Mayfield Gutsch, deceased, under the Uniform Declaratory Judgment Act, Article 2524-1, Vernon’s Ann.Civil Statutes. Defendants in the suit were the beneficiaries named in the will: The City of Austin, The Humane Society of Austin and Travis County, Anne Knight Hoey, Dr. and Mrs. C. M.
