ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS:
McKINNEY, District Judge.
This medical malpractice action comes before the Court on the joint motion to dismiss filed by defendants Ronald Steele, M.D., and Doctors Nourse, Mertz, Newman, Mosbaugh and Steele, Inc. (“the Corporation”) Defendants contend, pursuant to Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, that this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the action and personal jurisdiction over them as defendants.
