RICH, Circuit Judge.
ABB Robotics (ABB) and Cincinnati Mila-cron (CM) appeal the August 10, 1993 decision of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, ABB Robotics, Inc. v. GMFanuc Robotics Corp., 828 F.Supp. 1386, 28 USPQ2d 1681 (E.D.Wis.1993), granting GMFanuc Robotics’s (GMF) motion for summary judgment based on lach-es and estoppel. As to estoppel, we affirm.
