MEMORANDUM OPINION
HENRY H. KENNEDY, JR., District Judge.
Paul Douglas Burke brings this action against Air Serv International, Inc. and the Louis Berger Group (“LBG”), seeking to recover for personal injuries resulting from a 2004 ambush in Afghanistan, where Burke was working as a security contractor. Alleging negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, Burke seeks compensatory and punitive damages. 1 Before the Court is defendants’ motion for summary judgment [# 31].
