Appellant, Adolph M. Rotermund, as plaintiff, commenced these proceedings in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. Originally there were three counts and three defendants. These actions were removed by defendant, United States Steel Corporation, to the United States District Court where Counts I and II were adjudicated. Rotermund v. United States Steel Corp., 346 F.Supp. 69 (E.D.Mo.1972).
