— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Wood, J.), rendered October 7,1982, convicting him of grand larceny in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

On July 28, 1981, several items, including a dictaphone and fishing knife, were stolen from the New Rochelle Outreach Center, an outpatient drug-abuse counseling center.
