This matter came before the Court upon hearing of the Motion For Reconsideration of Order Approving Employment of the Maida Law Firm P.C. And For Order To Show Cause Why Counsel Should Not Be Sanctioned filed by the Office of the United States Trustee through which the United States Trustee seeks the disqualification of the Maida Law Firm, P.C. (the “Debtor’s counsel”) as the approved counsel for the Debtor-in-Possession, C & C Demo, Inc., and the disgorgement of all fees previously paid to or held as a retainer by the Debtor’s counsel.
